Each box is thoughtfully packed with:

• Self-care goodies (tea, skincare, snacks, etc.)

• Wellness tips or uplifting notes

• Optional add-ons based on your preferences

📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my box ship?
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Monthly boxes are sent out around the same time each month to keep your cycle covered.

How long does shipping take?

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
  Tracking info will be emailed to you once your box ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within [Country/Region, e.g., the U.S.], but we’re working on expanding!

How do subscriptions work?
Choose your box, set your preferences, and we’ll deliver every month. You’ll be billed automatically on a recurring basis, and you can cancel anytime.

Absolutely! You can pause or skip a box from your account dashboard. Just be sure to do it before your next billing date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can add a personal note and ship it directly to a loved one—perfect for celebrating that first milestone.

What brands of period products do you use?
We include trusted, high-quality brands, and we offer organic and chemical-free options upon request.

Can I customize my box?
Yes! During checkout or in your account, you can let us know your product preferences—pads only, mix of pads and tampons, organic, etc.

🛍️ Returns & Issues

Can I return my box?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on opened items. But if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’ll make it right.

My box arrived damaged—what should I do?
So sorry! Email us at shippingfemvybe@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace or refund your item.
